What is your shipping policy?
Trecini Cellars uses the best shipping platform to utilize the most economical, efficient, and quality-conscious shipment of wine to our customers. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays for most orders, and will delay shipments to avoid temperature extremes. If your order needs to arrive by a particular date such as for a gift, or prior to travel please call us directly. We charge our customers only what it costs us to have our wine shipped to you safely and legally.
Trecini is compliant with state laws, and currently direct ships wine to consumers in the United States to the following states: AK (Metro), AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, ID, IL, IA, KS, MN, MO, NC, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI. We do not ship to states not mentioned above. For more information on your state's shipping laws, visit www.wineinstitute.org.
Many states now require the collection and remittance of sales and/or excise taxes. If your state is one of them, we will calculate for you and include them in the total charged to your credit card. Your emailed order confirmation will detail your charges.
Trecini sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or older. To place an order, you must provide your date of birth and certify, under penalty of perjury, that you and the recipient of the order are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, we will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
We may connect the information that we collect through cookies with other personally identifiable information that you provide to us. If so, it will be used to customize or personalize your experience of the site; for example, so that we can greet you on the site by name, to monitor your use of our website(s) in order to make our communications to you as relevant as possible. In doing so, this will allow us to send you relevant communications.
The only way that wine lovers will hear about the availability of some of our wines is through our print and email communications. Email communications to our mailing list subscribers are sent only to those who have expressly given Trecini permission to send them information (consent is given by joining our wait/mailing list). As an example, we notify wait list members via email and direct mail when they have achieved an allocation for a release. You can unsubscribe from our list at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Lastly, from time to time we will make revisions to this privacy statement. Please feel free revisit this section for periodic updates.
