Our Sauvignon Blanc won the 2010 Sonoma County Harvest Fair BEST OF CLASS & 2 GOLD's! Truly a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine displays a brilliant, almost sparkling Lime green hue. The nose is beautifully complex with a rich depth of minerality, melon, and crisp grapefruit. The palate is powerfully refreshing. This minerality persists intertwining with the fruit as it expands across the palate to an almost seamless finish. Small poping of tropical flavors and crisp clean acidity throughout the wines delicious journey. Small hints of lime, sweet lemon-grass, and clean minerality help drive this complex and very satisfying Sauvignon Blanc to the last drop.

2007 will be known for a long time as an exceptionally good year for growing grapes in Sonoma County. One of the regions finest appellations for growing Zinfandel is the heralded ‘Rockpile’ AVA in the northern realms of the Dry Creek Valley. The grapes grown for this wine came from several different blocks, which included 4 different clones taken from old vine block plantings of Zinfandel throughout Sonoma County. St. Peters Church clone is one of these clones, which has shown more than a few exceptional qualities grown in these sparse and rugged rock strewn soils that typify Rockpile.

Our Zinfandel from the Rockpile Appellation is big, bold, smooth, and memorable. It's all you love from a Zinfandel. Imagine the tannins mellowing down over the next year and starting to reveal some of that famous Rockpile upfront fruit. The mouth feel and finish have to be tasted to be believed. The palate is a complex mix of spice, blueberry, blackberry, nice dense red fruit, and orchestrated dashes of oak and spice. Mid palate tannins are present followed by the rocky chalky tannins that last for quite a while. Even after you’re done you will experience mocha, dill, anise and a small hint of spicy plum.

This 2006 Sonoma County Syrah is a wholesome and delicious wine that would be right at home alongside your favorite comfort foods. Our Syrah delivers hearty and rich, but not at all overbearing. It floats in the mouth and its soft tannic structure give the wine a wonderful mouthfeel, while its lush aromatics and flavors provide a luxuriant drinking experience.

The 2006 Merlot is absolutely wonderful. Black cherries, plums, dried cherries, charcoal, toast, dried herbs, minerals, and dark berries. Already a gold medal winner for any lover of Merlot.
